Chinese Fried Rice

2 heads of cauliflower
4 carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 c english peas
1/2 c onion or 4 green onions
Dressing
1/2 c sesame oil
1/3 c Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 cloves garlic
1 t ginger
Pulse cauliflower in food processor with “S” blade to the consistency of rice. Chop carrots, celery, onion, and add peas to cauliflower “rice”. Add dressing. Let it marinate for a few hours. I like to keep it in refrigerator over night. Enjoy:)
