2 pounds celery (about 1 large bunch)
2 pounds cabbage (1 medium-sized cabbage)
2 large carrots
2 T extra virgin olive oil (optional)
6-9 dates, pits removed
3 T sea salt (optional)
2 jalapenos, or other hot pepper
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion
6 medium lemons
2 bunches kale
1 pound brazil nuts (or sunflower seeds)
2 bunches parsley or cilantro
1 pound flaxseed, ground in a coffee grinder or a vita-mix
3 T paprika
