Cranberry Almond Slaw by Marsha

Serves 4
Ingredients:
¼ of a green or red cabbage, chopped
1 cup of cilantro
½ red bell pepper, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
¼ cup almonds
1/3 cup dried cranberries
Juice of 1 lime
2 T. flax oil
2 T. agave nectar
2 T. red onion, minced
Preparation:
The original directions indicated to place all ingredients into a large food processor and pulse chop until everything is cut to desired size. What I did was to pulse chop each ingredient separately and then place in a bowl. I think the texture turns out better. Pour out into individual serving bowls and garnish with avocados.
