4 celery stalks, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup brown flax seeds
1 cup water (as needed)
Grind Sunflower seeds into a powder in food processor. Remove from processor and process veggies to chop. Put ground sunflower seeds and veggies into a large bowl and add flax meal. Add water as needed and mix with your hands. Add more flax meal if too wet.
Dehydrating is recommended for 6 hours on lined dehydrator sheet at 105 degrees. Flip and dehydrate until desired consistency but do not over dehydrate or they will become hard. Can freeze.
