Carob Orange Fudge

2 cups cashews, soaked
1 cup agave
1 cup orange juice
1 T orange zest
2 cups cacao powder/carob powder
1 ½ cups grated cacao butter, melted
2 T vanilla extract
Blend cashews, agave, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until liquid. Add cacao powder/carob powder, blend well. Add cacao butter, blend well. When mixed well, drizzle into plastic lined glass rectangle dish. Will set in refrigerator or freezer.
