Day #167 Mont-Raw Jack “Cheese” pg. 188 entertaining in the raw

January 8, 2010

I just got home from work and it is almost 12 am. I hurried and came home to make this recipe. I was stressing about it. I didn’t want to be late. I could’ve done this today, but I was slacking all day. Well, I cleaned and did homework. Then I wanted to go to work so I wouldn’t be there all day on Sunday! My hubby has the 2 days off this weekend. He may go in for a few hours on Sunday, but I would rather spend as much time as I can with him.

This cheese tastes great. I probably shouldn’t have tried it, I am full and have had way too many sweets. I have been gaining weight. Probably because I am always thinking about food and trying it. I probably need to not eat so much of these amazing recipes, and if I do, I should be more restrictive with the servings. I feel like for the last 2 1/2 years I have been loving all this amazing food. It’s almost like I am eating real food for the first time. Although my diet has been relatively clean. One of my main problems is I know how to prepare too much and I love it!! I guess I am a bit tired, maybe that is why I am ranting about my weight gain.

Anyhow….here’s the recipe ingredients:

Cheese Ingredients

macadamia nuts
olive oil
shallot
garlic
lemon juice
sea salt
nutritional yeast
chili powder
cayenne

I am off to bed. It may snow in Florida. It’s hard to believe. The last time I remember it snowing was when I was in 7th grade. I remember my SCIENCE teacher wouldn’t even let us go outside. I will never forget it. Out of all teachers you would think a Science teacher would let you see snow, especially when it rarely occurs.

Gosh what is my problem??? I am acting very negative:( I am going to sleep! Goodnight!
