3 cups shredded green cabbage

shredded fresh carrots

diced sweet onion

1/4 c rice vinegar

1 T lime juice

1 T olive oil

1 T agave syrup

1 t minced garlic

1/2 t ground ginger

1/2 t dried dill weed

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrot, and onion. Set aside. In small bowl, whisk together rest of ingredients.  Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Let stand at room temperature for 15 min., stirring occasionally.  Serve or refrigerate.
