Tapioca Pudding

Tapioca Pudding (Breakfast or Dessert) (4 servings)

1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 – 2 t vanilla
2 T agave or honey
Sprinkle cinnamon , nutmeg , berries or raisins on top.

Almond Milk

1 cup soaked almonds
3 cups water
