Oat Stuffing

Cooked version is from Rutabaga’s Etc. Natural Food Market
2 cups sunflower seeds, ground
3 cups oat groats, soaked overnight, rinsed and drained
2 T dried parsley
1 t celtic sea salt
1 t basil
1 t oregano
1 t thyme
3 cups carrots, food process until fine
3 cups celery, food process until fine
1 ½ cups onion, process
2 T Braggs liquid aminos
1/3 c olive oil
add liquid if too dry
Grind sunflower seeds, Carrots and celery and onion need to be processed, then add all ingredients together then add dry ingredients.
Can make stuffed zuke, mushrooms, balls, burgers.
