Spinach and Sprouted Lentil Salad by Veggie Girl

2 cups sprouted lentils

4 T apple cider

4 T olive oil

2 T lemon juice

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 T dried dill

1 t dried oregano

2 t salt

1 cup finely chopped purple onions

1 pound spinach

1 cup chopped walnuts, soaked and dehydrated

Marinate spinach, onions, with garlic, dressing and spices for several hours. Add lentils and walnuts.
