Carrot Raisin Crunch brought by Steve, Cheryl and Crew

Salad:
6 cups shredded carrots
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups raisins, soaked
Dressing:
3 ounces orange juice
2 ounces lemon juice
4 t olive oil
1 t kelp
2 t honey
2 t cinnamon
Combine salad ingredients and place in a large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
