Jason’s Pad Thai

Based on Chad Sarno’s recipe

Serves 4

1/2 cup almond butter
1 T chopped ginger
1 1/2 T lemon juice
2 tablespoons date paste (made by soaking dates in water and blending)
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 T coconut aminos ( I absolutely love these)
1 diced Serrano pepper
1/3 cup of water
1 head of broccoli cut into florets
1 cup bean sprouts
2 cups chopped red peppers
Kelp Noodles

Blend ingredients for the sauce until smooth. Pour over the vegetables.
