Carob Creme Pie

Crust:

2 cups almonds

4 – 8 dates soaked

1 tsp vanilla

½1/2 tsp salt

Process almonds into powder. Add salt and vanilla to almond mixture. Process until blended. Chop dates into small pieces and add to almond mixture. Food Processor until blended.

Line pie plate with plastic wrap and put crust into pie plate.

*NOTE* The plastic makes it easier to take out the pie and cut it up when frozen.

Filling:

1 c cashews

2 bananas

2 T carob

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

12 drops stevia or 1/2 cup agave nectar

Put in Blend tec and make into creamy consistency. Add to pie crust. Then freeze. For a few hours.
