White Chocolate and White Mulberry Pie

Pie Crust
2 cups almonds
1/4 cup agave syrup
2 T cacao butter
1/2 cup mulberries
Filling
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup cacao butter, melted (I melt in a dehydrator, you can do it on a very low setting on your stovetop if you don’t have a dehydrator)
1/2 cup agave
1 T vanilla
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup mulberries
Pie Crust
Make almonds flour. Add vanilla and agave process until it is sticky. Then add melted cacao butter. Line a pie plate with plastic wrap and place pie crust in pie plate. Lay 1/2 cup mulberries on top of crust. Evenly distribute them to make sure you get a mulberry in every bite:)
Pie filling
Blend cashews, agave, water, vanilla in a high speed blender. When it is well blended add melted cacao butter. When blended well add to pie crust. Decorate top of cake with mulberries. You can add mint leaves for added beauty. You can refrigerate or freeze. If you freeze it then take our an hour before your ready to serve.
