This is Jason’s meal. He will be home in a few hours. I am so glad he is my guinea pig. It looks beautiful, but I didn’t try any tonight. I had the chili instead. I will try it tomorrow.
Red Pepper Sauce Ingredients
red pepper
chile pepper
cashews
water
lime juice
raw agave
salt to taste
All ingredients go into the Vita-mix. I poured it on the peppers. I used bell peppers because that is what they used at Cafe 118 and I really enjoyed them.
