Day #171 Apricots with Star Anise Syrup and Crumble pg. 42 entertaining in the raw

What a looooonnngg day it has been!! I woke up at 2:30 am and I haven’t stopped until now. I worked out at the gym at 4:00 am this morning with Rhonda. It was a nice surprise. Spontaneity works best for her and I. I went to school today, Reiki, cleaning, shopping, paying bills, cleaning again, making my recipe of the day and getting things ready for tomorrow. I have studying to do. My test for Anatomy is on Tuesday and I am going to see David Wolfe this weekend, so my studying begins tomorrow.
Yes I am SUPER EXCITED TO SEE DAVID WOLFE!
Apricot Ingredients

I cut apricots in half and I am dehydrating the stones for the wonderful anti-cancer B17 in the kernal. I tossed fruit with agave and now they are dehydrating. I will take them over to Cathy in about an hour. Jason is here to try it:)
Syrup Ingredients
agave
ground star anise
lemon juice
All ingredients were blended in the Vita-Mix to combine.
I love my new plate. It really highlights the beauty of God’s food!
