Finally!!! I made the entire recipe, I feel like this has been dragging on for weeks. I couldn’t get the fava beans, so I used English peas. It is a tasty treat for a mid day snack. I enjoyed this meal. I would say try making this even though it is time consuming, well it was for me, but mainly because of my lack of shopping and finding the ingredients.

I haven’t had any knew faves, since the sesame wraps. Those are absolutely over the top! I wonder if I will find any recipes in the next couple of months that I will love just as much.

Asparagus and Tomatoes Ingredients
asparagus, I used green
olive oil
salt and pepper
cherry tomatoes, I used grape

Vegetable Stock Ingredients
celery
carrot
tomato
water
thyme
peppercorns

Fava beans and Mushrooms Ingredients
fava bean, I used english peas
olive oil
salt and pepper
mushrooms, in the picture I didnt’ have any on this plate, I realized it after

Now I am going to Sabby’s baseball practice to see him hit some balls. His first All Star Game is next week. They are out for summer and ready to chill!
