Day #326 Wrappers with Bamboo Shoots and Bok Choy with Lotus Root pg. 223 entertaining in the raw

Tomorrow I will serve this recipe to the Gainesville Potuck Group.
Spinach Wrappers
Carrot Wrappers
Filling Ingredients
shiitake mushrooms
sesame oil
bamboo shoots
ginger
cashews
scallions
green chile
I dehydrated mushrooms for 2 hours, then pulverized all ingredients in the food processor.
Filling Ingredients
bok choy
shaved lotus root*I couldn’t find it. I omitted
soy sauce
sesame oil
sesame seeds
salt
I combined all ingredients and dehydrated for 1 hour.
I probably shouldn’t have done this today because of the dehydration, because I am serving it tomorrow. Maybe I will dehydrate it a little before I put the dumplings together.
I went jogging this morning and now I am wooped! It is muggy here in Florida, and very hot. I am looking forward to this evening. I love the summer nights:)
