Day #75 Raw Chocolate Chip Cookies pg. 46

October 8, 2009

THIS RECIPE WENT 100 TIMES BETTER THAN YESTERDAY!

The chips came out beautiful!

I rolled them into balls first. They were sticky, so I had to keep my hands wet. I smashed them down with my hand.

Then put the chips on top. I decided to just put the chips on top because I didn’t get the chance to refrigerate the chips so they were still a bit soft from the dehydrator. I figured that they would get smashed when I went to mix the batter and the chips together. They turned out so cute. I will make them again, but with a better piping bag for the chips.

They are in the dehydrator now. I am going to pack them with the kids tomorrow for lunch. Sabby had a mostly raw lunch today again. I can get used to all of this good eating by my children:)

You are always a valuable, worthwhile human being — not because anybody says so, not because you’re successful, not because you make a lot of money — but because you decide to believe it and for no other reason.-Wayne Dyer
